The programme seeks to equip students with improve decision-making skills, to enable them manage marketing activities effectively in global environment, and enhance capacity to take on new roles and responsibilities.

The programme seeks to equip students with improve decision-making skills, to enable them manage marketing activities effectively in global environment, and enhance capacity to take on new roles and responsibilities. The graduate will also be well prepared to be self-starters, as well as entrepreneurs. Marketing programme intends to develop problem-solving capacity which will enable graduates operate effectively in all organizations where marketing activities are carried out. The programme fits into the nation’s manpower needs in industry, commerce or Information Communication Technology (ICT) application to real life situations, as well as skills to become consultants in marketing and advertising sectors. The programme also provides foundation for graduate studies in areas such as Risk Management, Marketing Management and Management Information Systems.

  • Candidates applying for admission into the University either through JAMB UTME or Direct-Entry must be qualified for admission at the time of application
  • Candidates applying for admission into the University through JAMB UTME must have a minimum score of 140
  • Candidates applying for admission into the University through Direct-Entry must have satisfied the DE requirements by the time they apply for admission
  • Candidate applying must meet the general requirements for the University
  • Candidate applying must meet the Faculty or Departmental course requirements
